Product faults - If you believe your product is faulty please contact us. We'll inspect the product and if the the product is faulty we'll offer you a refund or an exchange.

If you're not completely satisfied with your new product, simply return it with your receipt and we'll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories. Any additional shipping costs will be at your expense,Refunds will not be processed until we have recieved the goods.

Please contact customer service, provide your full details as to, name and address. You will need to provide proof of purchase, date purchased etc.
